How to transcribe audio in Sodaphonic

Turn speech into an editable transcript. Learn where to start transcription, the free and Pro duration limits, and how to check the result.
Steps
Sign in, then open or record audio in the classic editor.
Choose Transcribe → Transcribe Audio. The audio is sent to the transcription service for processing.
Review the returned text alongside your recording. Check names, numbers, and sections with overlapping speakers or background noise.
Use Transcribe → Show/Hide Transcript to reopen the panel after a transcript has been generated.
Tips and examples
Free accounts can transcribe clips up to one minute. Pro includes up to two hours of transcription per month, with individual clips up to ten minutes. Check pricing for current plan details.
Automatic transcription can make mistakes; check the text by listening. Editing or bleeping audio does not guarantee that an existing transcript has changed with it.
Transcription uploads audio for processing. Local cutting, trimming, and exporting do not require transcription. Review the privacy page before processing recordings that contain personal information.
